Responsibilities:
In this versatile role, you manage the daily activities of an HR team and take responsibility for its professional development.
You act as the central interface between employees, managers and HR and support management on personnel-related matters.
You are responsible for the entire recruiting process to attract new employees and ensure a professional candidate experience.
With your eye for efficient processes, you optimise existing HR processes and working methods and oversee their implementation.
You also actively contribute to HR reporting, data quality and system issues and coordinate relevant interfaces.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of experience in a comparable HR role.
A further qualification in human resources, for example as an HR specialist, complements your practical experience.
Your personality is characterised by independence, precision and assertiveness, while you present yourself in a trustworthy and reliable manner.
Fluent written and spoken German, good French skills and a strong service orientation are required.
