Here you will become part of a well-coordinated team and work directly on the assembly site manufacturing track panels that will later be installed on the railway line. With your craftsmanship and careful working methods, you contribute to producing important elements of the rail infrastructure to the required quality. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to safe and reliable rail transport in Switzerland. You can expect a working day with clear processes and responsibility for quality and safety. What you will achieve.

• As a team member, you actively participate in the implementation of technical work in the rail infrastructure sector, thus contributing to safe and reliable rail operations.
• You carry out mechanical assembly work professionally and handle tools and machines safely.
• You consistently adhere to the requirements for quality, deadlines, and safety in your work.
• You carefully check the completed work and ensure a clean execution.
• You actively contribute within the team and support a smooth workflow in everyday work.

What you bring with you.

• A strong awareness of safety and consistent adherence to applicable safety regulations are natural for you.
• You bring a high willingness to learn, initiative, and a sense of responsibility.
• Open and clear communication as well as teamwork are important to you.
• You are physically resilient and enjoy applying your manual skills daily.
• You have completed a recognised apprenticeship (EFZ) in a mechanical or technical field. Experience in rail infrastructure or track construction is an advantage.
