To complete our team, we are looking for:
an architect

Work rate: 100% (80% possible)
Availability: immediately or to be agreed

The candidate will be involved in various projects, ranging from building renovation and transformation to the development of architectural projects.

We are looking for a versatile, rigorous and pragmatic person, capable of managing their projects efficiently and ensuring coordination with the various stakeholders.

Your main tasks will be:

Develop architectural projects, from preliminary design to execution phases

Prepare and coordinate plans, sections, construction details and execution files on ARCHICAD

Ensure coordination with engineers, specialised consultants, contractors and other project partners

Analyse and integrate technical, regulatory and construction constraints

Collaborate in the preparation of calls for tenders

Experience or skills in construction management are an asset

Your profile includes the following skills:

Degree in architecture HES, EPF or equivalent training

Mastery of construction in Switzerland and knowledge of SIA standards, regulations and Geneva administrative procedures

At least 3 years of experience in Switzerland as an architect

Excellent command of Archicad

Proficiency in common office software

Fluent in French, both written and spoken

Good interpersonal skills and autonomy
