Well established in the region, Hilcona Gourmet SA in Orbe, employing over 600 staff, strives to meet customer wishes by producing fresh and ultra-fresh products of very high quality every day. To strengthen our maintenance team, we are looking for a passionate professional ready to play a central role in the performance of our site. Thus, we are offering a position for a temporary assignment as:

Your mission

• Ensure preventive maintenance according to the established plan and anticipate equipment failures.
• Diagnose faults, carry out corrective interventions and reliably and safely restore equipment to service.
• Collaborate with production to guarantee equipment availability, respecting quality, safety and hygiene requirements.
• Keep technical documentation, intervention reports and administrative follow-up of your activity up to date.
• Propose technical improvements and contribute to maintenance standards within a Lean approach.
• Participate in the on-call service (10 to 12 times per year) according to a set schedule.

Your profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an automation technician, mechanic, electrician or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in the food sector.
• You are proactive in proposing and implementing technical solutions.
• You integrate easily into a team and have a strong customer orientation.
• You stand out for your efficient working method, your ability to set priorities and your good stress management.
• You are fluent in French, both spoken and written.
• You are available to work in shift patterns (including weekends and nights as cover).
• You hold Article 15 of the OIBT, which is a valuable asset for electrical interventions and compliance with safety standards.
