IT Solution Manager ERP (m/f/d)

This position is aimed at an IT system technician with a strong interest in ERP, digitalisation and project management. We are looking for a person who recognises technical challenges, understands business requirements and develops sustainable system solutions from them.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the continuous development of central ERP applications
Recording, evaluating and prioritising requirements from different company areas
Planning and managing digitalisation and IT projects
Developing solution concepts for complex business requirements
Analysing system dependencies, interfaces and existing IT processes
Supporting implementations, system adjustments and technical rollouts
Managing external IT and ERP partners
Optimising data flows between ERP and connected applications
Identifying automation opportunities to reduce manual processes
Building a future-proof and scalable business application landscape
Supporting users and departments with demanding technical issues
Taking on a central role in technological changes and ERP innovations
Qualifications:
Technical training or further education in computer science, IT system technology, application development or business informatics
Professional experience in ERP, IT systems, business applications or technical projects
Good understanding of software architectures, databases, interfaces and IT processes
Experience in technical project management or requirements engineering
Enjoyment in mediating between technical specialists and departments
Structured, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
High quality awareness and a strong solution orientation
Interest in modern technologies and digital transformation
