- Maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the ERP system
- Handling incoming customer enquiries and coordinating solution proposals
- Preparation and follow-up of offers and customer orders
- Supporting sales with analysis and document creation
- Solid German skills, good French and English skills in spoken and written form
- Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented manner desired
- Organisational talent and resilience in a dynamic work environment necessary
- Working in a well-coordinated team with high personal responsibility

Tasks
- Complete order processing from A to Z- Maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the ERP system

Profile
- Experience in internal sales with broad customer contact required- Solid German skills, good French and English skills in spoken and written form
