Specialist Quality, Occupational Safety & Continuous Improvement (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Responsibility for the support and further development of processes related to quality deviations, corrective actions as well as the continuous improvement process (CIP)
Planning, moderation and follow-up of quality workshops as well as conducting root cause analyses (e.g. 5-Why, Ishikawa) including initiation and monitoring of appropriate measures
Supporting the organisation in promoting a lived quality and safety culture through training, awareness measures and regular inspections on site
Ensuring compliance with relevant quality and safety standards as well as legal requirements in the area of occupational safety and health protection
Participation in internal and external audits as well as accompanying corresponding improvement measures
Coordination of the emergency organisation including evacuation concepts, first responder organisation and other safety-relevant processes

Your Profile
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role within a manufacturing company
Good knowledge of relevant Swiss occupational safety regulations as well as the standards ISO 9001 and ISO 45001
Analytical, structured and independent working style combined with a solution-oriented mindset
Communicative personality with the ability to convince employees at all hierarchical levels and successfully accompany change processes
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is an advantage
Technical basic training with further education in quality management, occupational safety or process optimisation
