Real Estate Accountant

We are looking for a Real Estate Accountant specialised in PPE for a permanent position to be filled as soon as possible.

Your duties will include:

- Accounting management and closing of condominium building statements
- Recording and reconciling various accounts
- Allocating charges across different departments and companies
- Preparing VAT statements
- Preparing year-end closing documents for audits and auditors
- Entering and paying supplier invoices
- Various administrative tasks related to the role

- Degree in accounting or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in real estate accounting
- Position based in Lausanne, on-site
