Digitalisation Officer (m/f), 100%, initially limited to 4 years
What to expect- Management, coordination, implementation and support of various digitalisation and IT projects in the Department of Finance (initially especially in the finance and personnel areas)
- Analysis, optimisation and digital mapping of our business processes in existing systems such as Abacus, GEVER, financial accounting system AXIANS Infoma from Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Responsibility for release management, testing and quality assurance of the system landscape
- Coordination of system adjustments and introduction of new functions and processes
- Support and further development of the system landscape and interface management between the various specialised applications
- Ensuring the continuous development of operational ICT in the Department of Finance in close cooperation with Digital Administration Schaffhausen and Informatics Schaffhausen
What you bring
- Completed training or studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field. Applicants with a business administration background and solid experience in the digitalisation of business processes and good technical understanding are also welcome.
- Several years of professional experience in managing and implementing digitalisation and transformation projects
- Knowledge of business administration, finance and HR processes as well as experience with Abacus and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are desirable
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
