Financial and Accounting Specialist in Construction (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Role:
In this key role, you combine classic accounting with the financial monitoring of construction and renovation projects, work closely with site managers, and ensure accurate construction cost accounting.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounting.
You are responsible for construction cost control as well as project and site accounting.
You actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
You check and post incoming invoices and reconcile accounts and payment transactions.
You act as an interface and contact person for project managers, site managers, and external parties.
Qualifications:
Completed further education with a federal diploma in finance and accounting (mandatory).
At least 5 years of solid professional experience in construction accounting and construction cost control.
Proficient and confident use of industry software such as Abacus and Messerli.
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (C1 level).
Precise, structured working style with high reliability and team spirit.
