Overall responsibility for the planning and implementation of sanitary projects – from the concept phase to successful completion
Managing projects considering deadlines, costs, quality, and technical requirements
Professional leadership and coordination of a small team as well as supporting employees in daily project execution
Technical processing and development of sanitary solutions as well as preparation of planning and tender documents
Coordination and alignment with clients, architects, specialist planners, and other project participants
Accompanying and supervising work on site as well as conducting meetings and inspections
Ensuring professional and high-quality execution in compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Preparation of project documents, reports, and documentation
Qualifications:
Completed higher technical education, for example as an engineer FH or technician HF with a focus on sanitary, building, or supply technology
Several years of professional experience in planning and managing sanitary projects
Experience in leading and coordinating employees
Good knowledge of relevant technical standards, guidelines, and regulations in the field of sanitary technology
Strong technical understanding as well as analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
Sense of responsibility and enjoyment in collaborating with various project participants
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
