Share your expertise and passion for coffee by creating the ultimate coffee experience every day. As a Coffee Barista, you are the first and most important ambassador in our boutique. Become part of a culture that believes every moment counts - both individually and together.

Your role includes the expert preparation and presentation of our diverse Nespresso coffee creations as well as crafting drinks to delight our customers.

A day in the life of a Coffee Barista (m/f/x)

• Reception & Appearance: As the first point of contact, you welcome and attend to our guests and act as our most important ambassador in the store.

• Coffee Expertise: You inspire our customers through the masterful preparation of coffee specialties and mixing innovative drinks.

• Consultation: With your knowledge of coffee and its countries of origin, you inspire our customers and convey the story behind every cup.

• Service Excellence: You respond competently and flexibly to individual wishes and ensure a thoroughly pleasant atmosphere.

• Presentation: You ensure that the bar area is always attractively arranged and reflects the high Nespresso standards.

Your area of responsibility

• Experience: You bring experience from the hospitality industry and enjoy preparing coffee creations.

• Expertise: Ideally, you have sound knowledge of coffee in general and its countries of origin.

• Language skills: You have a good command of German; good English skills are an advantage.

• Service orientation: You approach people openly and communicate with passion.

• Flexibility: You are a service-oriented personality and a high degree of flexibility is natural for you. Working days from Monday to Saturday are ideal, with availability on Saturdays being mandatory.
