Construction Manager (M/F/D)

Do you have leadership in your blood and enjoy bringing complex architectural projects to life? A leading architectural firm based in the Lausanne region is looking for its future Construction Manager to simultaneously oversee major residential construction and heavy renovation sites.

In this role, you are responsible for technical and financial success on site. You turn the architects' vision into concrete achievements!

Your playground:

• Site management: You take full responsibility for the execution phase, from the first dig to final delivery to buyers.

• Schedule control: You develop work schedules and rigorously monitor budgets and deadlines.

• Management & Interface: You lead coordination meetings, manage interactions between selected companies, contractors, and clients.

• Technical control: You validate execution quality according to Swiss standards and enforce safety rules on your sites.

• Administrative follow-up: You handle tender procedures, participate in awards, and oversee financial management (verification of vouchers, statements).

• Experience in Switzerland: You have at least 5 years of successful experience in construction management within Switzerland, ideally in housing or refurbishment.

• Academic background: You hold a diploma as a Construction Manager, ES Technician, Architect, or a Federal Certificate as a Construction Coordinator.

• Regulatory know-how: SIA standards and tender processes are part of your daily routine.

• Professional tools: You are proficient in Messerli and MS Project (knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage).

• Soft skills: Autonomous and stress-resistant, you are recognised for your decisiveness and rigour in the face of site challenges.

• Driving licence: Essential for daily travel to your various sites.
