TOPNET SA
TOPNET SA operates in the professional cleaning sector and related services for both public and private clients. The company aims to strengthen its commercial development and sustainably consolidate its presence in its markets.
Your mission
You will lead and develop the commercial activity of TOPNET SA. A hunter at heart, you personally open doors to key accounts, negotiate and sign strategic deals yourself while guiding the team towards achieving its objectives.
Commercial development
Actively hunt for new public and private clients: identify the right decision-makers, secure strategic meetings, and create opportunities where none existed, including with prospects known to be difficult to approach or already engaged with a competitor. Personally lead strategic sales from need detection through to negotiation and contract signing. Design and advocate for distinctive commercial proposals tailored to client challenges and margin objectives. Manage your own commercial targets and directly contribute to the team’s and company’s results. Identify growth levers – new markets, partnerships, promising sectors, and tenders – while ensuring competitive and market monitoring. Convince high-level decision-makers (executive management, purchasing, key accounts) and turn an initial refusal into a concrete opportunity.
Team leadership and management
Supervise and support daily a team composed of 3 salespeople, 2 research officers, and 1 project coordinator. Define priorities, plan workload, and allocate files based on opportunities, objectives, and deadlines. Lead sales meetings, performance reviews, and project updates, with regular monitoring of turnover, margin, and KPIs. Coach the team in structuring complex offers, negotiations, and critical phases, then evaluate individual and collective performance. Develop a culture of commercial excellence, agility, and customer focus to advance an engaged, autonomous, and high-performing team.
Offers, projects, and client relations
Oversee and validate technical and financial offers as well as strategic tenders, ensuring their profitability and feasibility. Coordinate tender responses with various departments, improve dossiers before submission, and prepare presentations. Support contract implementation with operational teams and provide assistance during sensitive commercial situations. Maintain active follow-up with major clients and foster long-term trustful relationships with key accounts to promote their stability and growth.
Your profile
Minimum 10 years of B2B commercial experience, including at least 3 years as a Sales Director leading a team, with concrete and quantified results. A true hunter’s temperament, with proven success in opening difficult accounts, personally generating turnover, negotiating with decision-makers, and signing high-stakes deals. Strong command of commercial management: turnover, margin, pipeline, KPIs, and forecasting. A proactive, field-oriented temperament with leadership based on leading by example and results. Ability to unite, challenge, support, and develop a team. Minimum B2 level in English. Hold a valid driving licence.
Experience in the cleaning, Facility Management, or construction sectors is an advantage.
What will really make the difference
A genuine hunter’s temperament and concrete, quantified commercial achievements: opening difficult accounts, personally signed deals, developed turnover, won tenders, or significant team progress.
Candidates must be able to substantiate their results and provide professional references during the recruitment process.
We offer you
An attractive fixed salary commensurate with the level of responsibility of the position. A company car. A phone and a laptop. A position based at TOPNET SA headquarters in Geneva.
