CNC TOOL MECHANIC (M/F)

Tasks:

As a qualified mechanic, you produce mechanical parts (machining and assembly) based on drawings and sketches and participate in the continuous improvement and development of the tooling department. As a specialist, you also take part in training apprentices and new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture of parts, assemblies and prototypes using conventional and CNC machines
• Programming (CAM), setting and machining on CNC machines up to 5 simultaneous axes
• Participation in the assembly and commissioning of special equipment and machines
• Contribute to updating 3D/2D CAD drawings as part of continuous improvement processes
• Carry out maintenance and repair work
• Maintenance of machines, tools and workshop equipment

Skills:

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic or micromechanic
• Good knowledge of machining and assembly methods
• Experience in 5-axis machining would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Fanuc, Heidenhain programming and GibbsCam CAM software
• Analytical skills and ability to make proposals
• Creative, enterprising, autonomous and able to integrate into a team
