Stamping Mechanic (M/F)
Workplace: Le Noirmont (JU)
Attached to the Mechanical Workshop, the Stamping Mechanic is responsible for the manufacture, adjustment, and maintenance of stamping tools. They also provide support for their design, in collaboration with the Technical Office.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
Manufacture of stampings:
You will be responsible for manufacturing cold stamping tools, adjusting the tooling, and fine-tuning them to validate the conformity of the requested parts (dimensional and aesthetic). You will write and share the procedure associated with this manufacture.
You will work daily in a workshop equipped with machine tools, wire and plunge EDM machines, presses, and CNC machining machines.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of the manufactured tooling and support the Stamping Box production workshop.
Support in the preparation of the technical file for stampings:
Based on volumes from the industrialisation department, you will produce the tooling and share tooling developments and modifications with industrialisation.
Participate in product improvement:
You will be a constant source of proposals for tooling optimisation (to improve tooling lifespan as well as enhance processes and product requirements).
You will contribute to the internal know-how capitalisation in stamping design as well as to technological monitoring in the field.

You will comply with current EHS standards.
Your profile:
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a Mechanic (or equivalent) and have at least 5 years of experience in stamping tooling manufacture.
You master machine tool programming and have knowledge of CAD and simulation (Coldform).
You are proficient with common IT tools (PowerPoint, Excel...).
You are recognised for your rigour and applied working methods. You have team spirit and the ability to collaborate/communicate effectively within a group.
