Team Leader - Civil Engineering

Your mission:

Supporting the foreman, you ensure the coordination and smooth running of work on site.

Your main responsibilities:

• Supervise and organise the work of your team on site
• Read plans and follow the foreman’s instructions
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and work quality
• Participate in earthworks and civil engineering tasks
• Carry out excavation, earthworks and pipe laying
• Manage equipment and ensure its proper use
• Collaborate with the foreman and various stakeholders on site

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a mason, road builder or equivalent training
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Switzerland as a team leader in civil engineering / earthworks
• Good knowledge of earthworks, excavation and pipe laying
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Autonomous, organised and responsible
• Driving licence essential (category B)
