What you can achieve.

• As a specialist in the Climate Competence Centre, you actively participate in the repairs, overhauls and inspections of the air conditioning units for our passenger transport fleets. This ensures that our customers can travel with the highest possible comfort.
• By applying Kaizen, you continuously help to optimise processes and improve the efficiency of the cost centre and production lines.
• You are a member of the core team and can contribute your input there. You also allocate the production staff.
• In your role, you support the planning of the air conditioning units. You are responsible for the timely processing of orders and adherence to production line schedules.
• You support small projects in the production area and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

What you bring with you.

• In our industry, teamwork is the key to success. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work interdisciplinarily are therefore prerequisites.
• We place great value on independence and foresight. As a proactive person, you fulfil this. Solution-oriented thinking and acting are a must in our dynamic and demanding environment.
• Very good technical understanding and experience in reconditioning in an industrial production environment is an advantage.
• You may already have some leadership experience and are strong in communication.
• You also have, if possible, a completed basic training as a refrigeration system mechanic EFZ (or an alternative apprenticeship in the mechanical or electromechanical field). A higher qualification is an advantage.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
