Responsibilities:
- In this role, you lead digital transformation projects and subprojects in the areas of digitalisation and eHealth.
- You analyse the impact of future digital developments on the pharmacy profession.
- As head of digital transformation projects, you represent pharmaSuisse in interprofessional working groups and committees.
- You identify and evaluate innovations, research, and digitalisation ideas relevant to pharmacies.
- You advise and support other project leaders on all matters related to digitalisation.
- In this role, you design effective internal and external stakeholder management and build synergies and cooperations.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training in business or medical informatics.
- Ideally, you have additional training in Digital Health or digital transformation.
- You have several years of proven experience in project management of digitalisation and transformation projects.
- With your strong communication and teamwork skills, you work solution-oriented and structured.
- You enjoy redesigning and continuously developing processes and structures.
- German or French is your mother tongue, and you have a good command of the other language.
