Project Manager Execution (m/f/d)
Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge as a project manager? In this role, you take responsibility for the execution of projects and lead them successfully to completion. You are responsible for coordinating and managing resources to achieve the project goals. With your experience as a professional, you bring the necessary skills to master complex projects. You are ready to apply your skills in this demanding role and advance your career further.
Responsibilities:
- You lead and supervise construction projects during the execution phase
- In this role, you lead interdisciplinary project teams
- As project manager, you monitor schedules, costs, and quality during project execution
- You communicate and coordinate with clients, authorities, and other project participants
- You prepare and review tenders and award contracts
- You ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Qualifications:
- You have a basic education in the main construction trade, additional training as a certified construction manager, building technician, or architect FH/HTL
- You have several years of experience in managing construction projects in Switzerland
- You possess strong leadership and communication skills
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- You have good IT skills, such as MS Office and construction administration software
- You speak very good German, both spoken and written
