What you can achieve:

• Ensuring correct, complete and timely invoicing
• Receiving and processing invoice complaints
• Accounts receivable management
• Recording of accounts payable invoices
• Management of accounts payable including execution of payment runs and booking of bank accounts
• Reconciliation of accounts payable accounts
• Filing and master data maintenance
• Tasks in the area of quality management

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Further training in the financial sector is an advantage
• Business fluent German skills
• Interest in the transport and logistics industry
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable management as well as quality management is an advantage
