Team Leader Order Processing & Export 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Our client is an internationally active Swiss mechanical engineering company focusing on innovative manufacturing and joining technologies. With high engineering competence, state-of-the-art production processes, and many years of experience, the company develops and produces high-quality machines and system solutions for demanding industrial applications. Quality, precision, and innovation are at the core.
Responsibilities:
Professional and personnel management of the team in the areas of order processing and export
Management of the entire export processing of machines and spare parts for international customers
Coordination of order processes with sales, purchasing, design, production planning, assembly, and logistics
Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring timely delivery
Preparation and control of all export and shipping documents including certificates of origin and customs-relevant documents
Processing offers for standard solutions as well as supporting customers and sales partners throughout the entire order processing
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in foreign trade or equivalent
Ideally experience in an industrial environment
Several years of professional experience in order processing in a manufacturing company
Experience in personnel management
Sound knowledge of export, customs, free trade agreements, rules of origin, and export control
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
