What you accomplish
- You join the French-speaking and Ticino team of the objections and litigation sector within the Legal Division in Lucerne.
- You review decisions contested by the insured, carry out the necessary investigative measures and draft decisions on objections.
- You communicate and negotiate with legal representatives.
- You advise claims managers on issues related to the LAA.
What sets you apart
- You hold a master’s degree in law from a Swiss university or have gained excellent experience in the field of social insurance.
- You have a keen interest in medical issues.
- You quickly analyse complex situations and are capable of managing a large volume of files.
- French is your mother tongue, you write with ease and your spelling is excellent. Good knowledge of German is a great asset.
- You are a dynamic and autonomous personality, demonstrating good team spirit.
