Job Description
Within our Data Office, we are looking for our future Data Domain Lead. This role is essential to lead Data projects in a specific IT domain. By setting up and leading multidisciplinary squads, the Data Domain Lead oversees resource planning, project progress, and communication with stakeholders. They ensure alignment with the overall strategy defined by their management, while ensuring compliance with current standards and regulations. This position requires a strong ability to collaborate with different teams and manage complex projects in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
Your main responsibilities:
- You will communicate the service strategy and participate in defining and communicating the roadmap
- You will supervise projects by forming and leading multidisciplinary squads, and ensure resource availability
- You will monitor the execution of the roadmap, measure team performance, and adapt according to opportunities and risks
- You will participate in defining, implementing, and improving operational processes and procedures
- You will establish and monitor the execution of the annual budget, analyse variances, and implement necessary corrective actions
- You will ensure regular communication of project progress to stakeholders and collaborate with other teams to support cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- You hold a Master’s degree in computer science, data management, or a related field
- You have at least 10 years of experience in Data project management, with significant experience as a Data Domain Lead
- You have proven experience in supervising complex projects, including planning human, material, and financial resources
- You have collaborated with Customer Solutions teams to support projects and cross-functional initiatives
- You possess excellent communication skills to ensure regular communication of project progress to stakeholders
- You master governance processes, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures
