Concrete Cosmetician / Plasterer-Painter Finisher (M/F) – Givisiez / Fribourg

For one of our clients, a leading company in high-end architectural finishing, located in the canton of Fribourg in Givisiez, we are looking for a:

Concrete Cosmetician / Plasterer-Painter Finisher (M/F)

Your main tasks

1. Preparation and refurbishment of surfaces:

• Repair of chips, gravel nests and formwork defects
• Fine levelling, millimetric smoothing and edge restoration
• Preparation of surfaces to ensure perfect flatness

2. Cosmetics and aesthetic finishes:

• Harmonisation of shades and tinting of concrete
• Reproduction of raw concrete textures: bubbling, formwork effects, veining
• Application of mineral equalising glazes

3. Protection and quality control:

• Application of finishing treatments, water repellents and specific protections
• Final check of visual homogeneity and compliance with architectural standards

The ideal profile:

You are an autonomous Concrete Cosmetician, mastering from A to Z the millimetric preparation and aesthetic/artistic retouching techniques on concrete.

The evolving profile we train:

You are a qualified Plasterer-Painter, Renderer, Staffer or experienced Finishing Painter. You are recognised for your refurbishment and perfect smoothing of walls. You have an aesthetic sensitivity, an eye for colourimetry and wish to be trained in a rare craft.

In all cases:

• Rigor, extreme meticulousness and keen attention to detail
• Excellent perception of colours and textures
• Autonomy, cleanliness of execution and pride in a job well done
• Category B driving licence essential (travel to sites in French-speaking Switzerland)
• Fluent French, German is a plus
