Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative office and spatial concepts that reflect the needs of our clients
- Advise clients on spatial design, ergonomic aspects and modern workplace solutions
- Take overall responsibility for workplace projects from concept development to implementation
- Use Building Information Modelling (BIM) for efficient planning and implementation
- Confident use of AutoCAD for technical drawings, SketchUp for visualisations and Messerli for cost calculations
- Maintain transparent communication and close collaboration with clients to best meet their requirements
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in interior architecture or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an interior architect with a focus on workplace design
- Experience in project management and responsibility
- Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) is an advantage
- Confident use of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Messerli
- Strong communication and consulting skills with clients
