Head of Inventory Management

• Set goals, give feedback, promote development, offer support: This is how you lead your 6-member team.
• You are responsible for negotiations with purchasing and suppliers regarding conditions for consignment stock or just-in-time deliveries.
• A clean concept for master data as well as an overview of stocks are your responsibility – including quality and up-to-dateness in the inventory management system.
• Optimal material management (from ordering to delivery) as well as ongoing optimisation of stock levels, coverage, turnover rates, and goods flows are within your area of responsibility.
• Tenders in the logistics area are a team effort – you know the process and ensure oversight until completion.

• You have a commercial or technical basic education and have further trained yourself, for example, in Supply Chain Management (FH) or comparable.
• You bring leadership experience and keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
• Confident handling of SAP (MM, WM) and MS Office is part of your daily work.
• You communicate confidently in German and present yourself securely and reliably to colleagues and suppliers.
• You recognise synergies with other departments early and use them purposefully to continuously improve workflows and processes.
