Application and System Administrator (m/f/d)

Role:
You do not need to know every system from the start. It is more important that you understand the connections and take responsibility. Your area of responsibility ranges from specialist applications to the workplace. You support users directly and get to know the processes behind them. In digitalisation projects, you contribute your perspective and help shape them.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the support and further development of specialist applications from ERP to CAD to telephony
You keep the client and workplace environment stable and modernise it step by step
You manage Microsoft 365 including user accounts and permissions
You are the first point of contact for employees in 1st and 2nd level support
You contribute to digitalisation projects and cross-departmental IT topics
Additionally, you coordinate external partners and keep the system documentation up to date
Qualifications:
You have completed an IT apprenticeship EFZ or have equivalent practical experience
You are familiar with the Microsoft environment and client management
Experience with business applications is welcome but not a requirement
You enjoy approaching users and want to understand their workflows
You work independently, customer-oriented, and find pragmatic solutions
You want to take responsibility and further develop the system landscape together with the team
