HVAC Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF130,000 - 135,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced specialist and leader for the planning and management of demanding HVAC and building technology projects. You will be responsible for projects from the technical concept through tendering and specialist site management to commissioning and coordinate all relevant project participants. At the same time, you will take on the technical and organisational leadership of a team and ensure a high quality of planning and execution. Additionally, you will contribute to customer care, acquisition and further development of the specialist department.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and project management of HVAC systems from preliminary project and technical concept to realisation and commissioning
Development, dimensioning and optimisation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for demanding building projects
Preparation of tenders, specifications and technical descriptions as well as support during submission and awarding
Assumption of specialist site management HVAC including execution controls, acceptance and support during commissioning
Creation and coordination of 3D CAD models, plans and technical schematics across the relevant SIA phases
Coordination of interfaces with architecture, electrical, sanitary, building automation, specialist planners and executing companies
Responsibility for the technical and organisational leadership as well as resource planning and further development of the HVAC team
Ensuring project goals regarding costs, deadlines, quality and technical requirements
Conducting plan and quality controls and ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards and building technology standards
Responsibility for project controlling, fee monitoring and change management within the projects managed
Technical advice and support for clients and principals as well as assistance in acquiring new projects
Participation in the further development of planning standards, digital processes and services in the field of building technology
Qualifications:
Degree as HVAC Engineer FH, Dipl. Technician HF Building Technology or comparable technical qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in HVAC and building technology planning, preferably in the Swiss market
Experience in project management, specialist site management as well as technical or organisational leadership
Sound knowledge in HVAC design, tendering, execution support and commissioning
Confident handling of 3D CAD and good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building technology standards
Very good German language skills spoken and written
