IT Application Service Team Leader (m/f/d)

• In this role, you will lead our IT Application Service Team both professionally and operationally as well as in personnel matters
• Together with your team, you ensure professional and reliable 1st and 2nd level support for our business applications
• You accompany system changes, releases and software adjustments through structured testing and thorough documentation
• Creating and maintaining test cases, test scenarios and test data is also part of your diverse range of tasks
• You analyse, document and track errors together with development and specialist departments until a sustainable solution is found
• In addition, you actively contribute to the further development of our test standards, quality assurance guidelines and test processes

• With your strong leadership and management skills, you know how to successfully coordinate teams and efficiently achieve common goals
• High communication skills and confident stakeholder management distinguish you in daily interactions with a wide range of contacts
• Analytical thinking and a structured, comprehensible working method help you to solve even complex challenges in a targeted manner
• You convince with a positive, motivated and performance-oriented attitude as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Teamwork, reliability and independent organisation of your tasks are a matter of course for you in everyday work
