Chef Cook EFZ Production Patient Catering

The Directorate of Real Estate and Operations shapes the hospital infrastructure of the future and is responsible for operational services around the hospital. The hospitality department ensures the gastronomic well-being of patients, staff, and visitors. The dynamic team of the patient catering kitchen prepares three meals daily for our patients.

What to expect

• Your working hours are Monday to Friday during daytime operations
• You handle food professionally and ensure perfect mise-en-place
• Cooking according to specified recipes is simply part of your routine
• You prepare large quantities of food and portion them professionally
• You consistently adhere to hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP guidelines

• You are a chef EFZ with passion and professional pride
• You have a strong understanding of quality, hygiene, and care
• You enjoy working in a team and keep an overview even in hectic moments
• You bring experience in communal catering or hospital kitchens
