Role:
As a Service Technician Oil Heating Systems, you ensure the reliable operation of our heating systems. You independently carry out troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing and competently advise our customers on service contracts and spare parts. With your technical know-how and customer-oriented approach, you provide professional service directly on site.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out troubleshooting on oil heating systems
Performing maintenance and servicing work on heating systems
Analysing technical problems and sustainable fault rectification
Advising customers on service contracts and spare parts
Documenting the work performed
Participating in the on-call service in coordination with the team
Independent management of service assignments from home, mainly in the Aargau / Solothurn regions
Qualifications:
Completed technical training, e.g. as a heating installer, chimney sweep, automotive mechatronics technician, agricultural machinery mechanic or comparable qualification
Independent and reliable working style
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and varied assignments
Resilient personality with pleasant manners
High sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking
Enjoyment of frequent travel and independent work on the road
