Dispatcher (m/f/d)

• You ensure daily that all shipments arrive punctually at private and corporate customers – reliably and well organised
• You cleverly plan vehicle utilisation while always keeping ecological and economic aspects in mind
• You are the point of contact for our drivers and maintain constant communication so they can fully concentrate on the road
• You record and process transport orders and advise our customers with friendliness and a strong service mindset
• Besides dispatching, you also gladly handle other administrative tasks and assist with exciting projects
• You promote close cooperation with supervisors and colleagues, following the motto "one for all, all for one"

• You have completed vocational training and bring experience from the transport or logistics sector
• Shift work between 04:00 and 22:00? No problem for you, you appreciate the variety
• Your excellent geography skills make your work easier
• PC, telephone, chat – you are quick as a weasel and handle all communication tools with ease
• Your German skills in spoken and written form are impeccable; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• You work reliably, precisely and adapt quickly to new challenges
• Even when it gets stressful, you stay cool and keep an overview
