Design, implement and operate Microsoft Teams & Teams Phone
Realise Teams telephony projects with Direct Routing, Operator Connect & Calling Plans
Advise customers on Teams, collaboration, adoption & operating models and conduct workshops
Analyse requirements & security and develop Teams concepts & policies
Support telephony migrations and continuously develop managed services
Qualifications:
Design, implement and operate Microsoft Teams & Teams Phone
Plan and implement Teams telephony with Direct Routing, Operator Connect & Calling Plans
Advise customers on collaboration, adoption & operating models and conduct workshops
Analyse requirements, policies & security and develop appropriate concepts
Support telephony migrations and further develop managed services
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
