Role:
2-shift operation
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs on our automated production systems
- Diagnosing and resolving faults and errors in the systems using PLCs and other specific control systems
- Planning and implementing modifications, modernisations and optimisations of the systems
- Monitoring and controlling machine and system performance as well as preparing fault reports and protocols
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, occupational safety regulations and environmental requirements
- Close collaboration with the production and engineering teams to continuously improve system performance
- Documenting maintenance work and updating technical documentation
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an automation technician or comparable qualification in electrical engineering
- Solid knowledge in programming and diagnosing PLC systems
- Experience in maintaining automated production systems
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and occasional on-call duties
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting
- Teamwork, initiative and reliability
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
