Abacus ERP Consultant (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a consulting company active throughout Switzerland with a versatile service portfolio. The company supports clients from various industries with solutions in fiduciary services, auditing, management consulting, tax and legal advice, as well as comprehensive IT solutions. For the internal finance department, a committed individual is sought who will take responsibility in accounting and actively contribute to the further development of (digital) processes.
Responsibilities:
You accompany public administrations in the optimal use of their Abacus applications and help to digitally and efficiently map financial processes.
You capture and evaluate professional requirements, develop suitable implementation options, and translate these into practical software solutions.
You are responsible for planning and coordinating customer orders and, depending on the scope, take on the management of subprojects or entire projects.
You train users, present new functions and solution approaches, and support with questions regarding the practical application of the financial software.
You participate in diverse implementation and optimisation projects, document the developed solutions, and ensure a structured implementation of the agreed requirements.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally possess a higher qualification in business informatics or business administration.
You bring practical experience from finance and accounting; knowledge of processes in municipalities or cities is particularly valuable.
You are very familiar with the Abacus software or have already worked in a consulting role with ERP systems.
You have a structured, careful, and independent working style and can connect professional requirements with technical possibilities.
You are sociable, team-oriented, and learn quickly. Moreover, you find it easy to convey content clearly and to advance projects together with various stakeholders.
