ICT Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Our partner is an established corporate group offering individual and customised construction services. The company provides an independent and responsible area of work as well as a trustworthy and pleasant working atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring reliable IT support for employees and independently handling technical issues at first and second level - without on-call duty
Managing the digital workplace from the provision of end devices to the administration of user accounts, access rights and Microsoft 365 licences
Supporting technical changes such as client migrations, rollouts and maintenance windows as well as coordinated handover of complex faults to specialists
Active participation in ICT projects and internal training sessions as well as continuous expansion of documentation and knowledge platforms
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with a focus on system technology/platform development or a comparable technical qualification
Several years of experience in ICT support and confident handling of a broadly based Microsoft-based workplace and system environment
Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows as well as basic understanding of server, network and cloud infrastructures
Strong service orientation, analytical thinking and reliable working style as well as very good German and good English skills
