Role:
Our client is an established Swiss industrial company specialising in the development and manufacture of high-quality metal components and connection solutions for demanding applications. With many years of experience, modern manufacturing technology and a high quality standard, the company supplies customers from various industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:
You ensure the correct and timely processing of all payroll processes – from monthly payroll runs and payments to annual statements.
In cases of social insurance and personnel events such as illness, accident, maternity, paternity or family allowances, you take over the administrative processing and accounting.
You handle closing tasks, declarations and accruals of holiday and overtime balances and prepare meaningful evaluations from the payroll system.
As the interface to authorities, insurance companies and other institutions, you process enquiries and keep personnel data up to date in the relevant systems.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training as a payroll expert, HR specialist, social insurance specialist or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in independent payroll accounting and are thoroughly familiar with Swiss social insurance processes.
Your knowledge of BVG and pension fund matters is solid.
You enjoy working with HR systems and digital applications and like to examine technical issues and continuously improve processes.
Fluent written and spoken German.
