DevSecOps Engineer (m/f/d)

You design and improve the protection architecture of our digital products and embed security-by-design already during development.
You integrate automated security checks into build and deployment processes and establish secure development standards.
You manage the handling of vulnerabilities, coordinate security incidents, and further develop the associated tools and processes.
You conduct technical security assessments, threat analyses, and architecture reviews and ensure regulatory requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle.
You advise engineering, architecture, and DevOps teams, develop security guidelines, and convey best practices in training and awareness measures.
Qualifications:
You have completed studies in computer science, software engineering, cybersecurity, or a comparable technical education.
You have several years of experience in software development and have specialised professionally in secure application development or security architecture.
You are proficient in modern architectural concepts, secure coding, and threat modelling, for example according to STRIDE.
You bring practical experience with DevSecOps as well as automated security checks within CI/CD environments.
You are familiar with relevant security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, CRA, BSI standards, or IT baseline protection and communicate very confidently in German and English.
