Working time is more than just recording hours: Different working time models, absences, and legal requirements make time management a versatile and demanding field. We are looking for a person who enjoys precise work and likes to engage with such issues for our time management team, starting immediately or by arrangement, in the role of:
Employee Time Management 100% Fixed-Term Until 30 April 2027, with Possible Extension Until 30 September 2027
100% - After a successful three-month induction period, there is the possibility to reduce the workload
Your Tasks
- Checking, recording, and correcting absences and working hours in our time recording system Polypoint PEP
- Processing medical certificates as well as other changes in the area of time management and checking/managing holiday, flexitime, and absence balances
- Supporting entries, exits, and internal changes in the area of time management
- Assisting with month-end closing and preparing data for payroll processing
- Answering questions from employees and managers regarding working hours, absences, and time management
- Contributing to ensuring correct and legally compliant time management as well as other administrative tasks and projects
Your Profile
- Commercial training or a comparable qualification and very good German language skills
- Professional experience in administration, HR, or a comparable, numbers- and process-oriented environment is an advantage
- Strong interest in working time issues as well as relevant provisions of the labour law and enjoyment in familiarising yourself with complex regulations and processes
- Very precise, reliable, and responsible working style, quick comprehension, and a pronounced ability to analyse facts
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with Polypoint PEP or a comparable time recording system is an advantage
- Service-oriented, team-capable, and independent personality
