Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for reliable and secure IT system operations, ensuring all systems run stably and performantly. You analyse disruptions, efficiently resolve incidents, and implement sustainable improvements to minimise downtime. Additionally, you plan and execute changes to the existing infrastructure, coordinate maintenance windows, and carefully document your adjustments. You work closely with other IT departments to technically implement requirements for systems, security, and availability. You contribute your expertise to continuously develop standards and best practices in IT system operations.
Responsibilities:
You analyse, design, implement, and document complex virtual and physical server as well as cloud projects
You develop your customers’ IT strategically and organisationally as a key account manager
You plan your tasks and their implementation independently
You provide technical advice to customers and support them long-term
Additionally, you develop individual solutions instead of standard approaches and share your knowledge within the team
Qualifications:
You have experience in system engineering and are familiar with virtualisation, identity, and endpoint technologies
You work confidently with PowerShell and modern security solutions
You are communicative, enjoy customer contact, and remain calm even in hectic situations
You think creatively and seek individual rather than standardised solutions
You enjoy working in a team, share knowledge, and value exchange
You organise yourself independently and gladly take on responsibility
