- Perform complete screw machining on Citizen SR 12/20 - R04/07 - L12/M16 machines independently, with a high level of precision and reliability.
- Ensure the quality of produced parts, stability of settings, and compliance with internal standards.
- Complete machine start-up of Citizen machines.
- Adjustments, parameter optimisation, and production monitoring.
- Dimensional and visual inspection according to quality standards.
- First-level maintenance and tool management.
- Defect analysis, corrections, and continuous improvement.
- Strict adherence to safety instructions and internal procedures.
- Collaboration with the workshop manager for planning.


What we are looking for:
- Experienced screw machinist with experience on screw machines (Citizen SR 12/20 - R04/07 - L12/M16).
- Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in autonomous screw machining.
- Mastery of machine start-ups, adjustments, diagnostics, and corrections.
- Knowledge of measuring tools: caliper, micrometer, profile projector.
- Rigour, precision, autonomy, and organisational skills.
- Reliability, team spirit, and respect for processes.
- Resident in the Nord Vaudois or near the border (required criterion).
- Good level of French.
