• Proficiency in manual screeding and finishing work
• Good physical condition
• Precise, careful and efficient work
• Team spirit, versatility and punctuality
• Driving licence, an advantage

• Placement and screeding of asphalt
• Work with shovel, rake and vibrating plate
• Adjustment and finishing of surfaces
• Teamwork with the paver
• Compliance with safety instructions
