Job Description
Are you an experienced professional, passionate about your craft and able to manage your activity independently? Do you wish to join a professional environment where your know-how and experience will be valued? This opportunity is made for you.
You will be responsible for preparing and making various bakery and pastry products, from setup to baking and finishing. You will ensure compliance with recipes, manufacturing methods as well as quality and presentation requirements of the products.
Profile Sought
Autonomous in your organisation, you will be able to plan your production, manage priorities and guarantee consistency in manufacturing. You will also ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety rules as well as cleanliness and maintenance of your workspace and equipment.
We are looking for a person with proven experience in bakery and pastry, mastering manufacturing techniques and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Your seriousness, organisational skills, rigour and adaptability will be essential qualities to succeed in this role.
