What is my role?

• Leadership of the department in terms of personnel, organisation and expertise

• Result responsibility for the department (budget, target achievement)

• Participation in the implementation of the corporate strategy

• Internal contact person for and support of the team in complex specialist issues

• Ensuring know-how transfer within the department and the company

• Monitoring developments and further development of the department

• Management of projects in own specialist area as well as participation in cross-functional project groups

• Active participation in internal and external working groups as well as training of employees

What do I need to be successful?

• Advanced education and training in finance and accounting

• Several years of proven professional experience in mandate accounting within the fiduciary sector in Liechtenstein

• Very good knowledge of accounting and FL tax area as well as high closing certainty

• Proven leadership experience with an affinity for staff development

• High customer and service orientation as well as very good communication skills

• Flexible, resilient and responsible personality with precise working style
