Training

• Nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland.
• Right to practice in the canton of Geneva.
• Additional training in occupational health is an advantage.
• Professional skills
• Confirmed professional experience of more than two years.
• Experience in occupational health is an advantage.
• Ability to assess a clinical situation, identify priorities and refer to competent professionals.
• Very good knowledge of the Geneva social and health network.
• Good command of common office tools.

• Interpersonal ease, courtesy and listening skills.
• Autonomy, organisational skills and responsiveness.
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• Adaptability and availability for frequent travel between sites.
• Swiss resident only

• Welcome, listen to and advise employees on occupational health issues.
• Provide first aid and manage emergency situations.
• Administer personalised treatments and care in accordance with prescriptions and protocols.
• Participate in the organisation and implementation of vaccination campaigns.

• Ensure follow-up and traceability of interventions, respecting professional secrecy.
• Work on different sites according to service needs.
