PROJECT ARCHITECT (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a committed project architect for the planning and realisation of demanding construction projects in Switzerland. You will primarily work on projects in the SIA phases 31-53 and accompany them from the preliminary project through the tendering to execution. The focus is on the development of high-quality constructive and design details, model-based planning with Archicad/BIM, as well as the coordination of the involved specialist disciplines. The position combines architectural ambition with practical project and execution planning.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding architectural projects in the SIA phases 31-53 from the preliminary project to realisation
Creation and further development of project, approval, tender and execution planning
Development of technically convincing construction, materialisation and detail solutions
Creation and coordination of 3D building models and planning documents with Archicad/BIM
Derivation and processing of floor plans, sections, elevations and detail drawings from the digital building model
Coordination and integration of planning contributions from specialist planners and experts
Clarification of technical and planning interfaces with contractors and executing specialist companies
Conducting plan reviews and quality controls as well as ensuring consistent execution planning
Participation in tendering and awarding as well as handling technical issues during realisation
Application of relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations and project-specific standards
Accompanying execution and handling of planning changes and detail clarifications during the construction phase
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture ETH/FH or comparable recognised architectural education
At least 2 years of professional experience in Switzerland in project and execution planning
Sound knowledge of SIA phases 31-53 and Swiss planning and construction processes
Very good user knowledge in Archicad, BIM and 3D plan processing
Expertise in construction, detailing and materialisation
Experience in coordinating specialist planners and executing companies
Very good German language skills spoken and written
