You monitor productive systems, analyse performance and resources, and accompany deployments & releases
In the area of IT security, you harden systems and networks and ensure backup, restore, and disaster recovery
You handle complex faults in 3rd level support and take over technical escalation in critical incidents
Cloud and infrastructure solutions are further developed, including servers, networks, migrations, and internal systems
Through clean documentation, processes, and ISO standards, you sustainably strengthen business continuity
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (EFZ/studies) or comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in IT operations
Solid know-how in IT security, system/network hardening, monitoring and incident response, ISO 27001/ISMS advantageous
Confident handling of Linux, Shell, SQL, networks and firewalls as well as experience with zoning and security concepts.
Experience with cloud solutions, Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 and complex 3rd-level support
Fluent written and spoken German
