Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Architect for Execution Planning & Residential Construction (80-100%) to work on architecturally demanding projects. You will develop high-quality residential and commercial building projects both in planning and construction, combining architectural ambition with precise technical implementation. A particular focus is on project work with ArchiCAD as well as the development of high-quality construction, materialisation, and detail solutions. The position offers a varied project environment with a focus on architectural quality, design, and upscale residential construction.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding architecture and residential construction projects across various planning phases
Further development of architectural concepts up to project and execution planning
Creation and editing of floor plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings
Planning and modelling projects with ArchiCAD
Development of high-quality construction, materialisation, and detail solutions
Handling complex structural details in upscale residential construction
Coordination and integration of planning contributions from specialist planners and experts
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, and building services
Preparation and presentation of project presentations and planning documents using common Adobe applications
Review of plan statuses and ensuring a high level of design and technical planning quality
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies at FH, ETH or university level
At least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland in architecture and building construction
Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD, ideally ArchiCAD 28 or newer
Solid experience in project, execution, and detail planning
Experience in upscale residential construction is an advantage
Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365
Good German language skills spoken and written
