IT System Administrator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
1st-/2nd-level support for M365, network/WLAN, users & workstations
Administration of M365, Entra ID, firewall, backup & monitoring
Device/license management, rollouts & IT onboarding
Support of Mac/Apple with Jamf Pro & Apple Business Manager
Further development of digital solutions & IT documentation
Qualifications:
IT training or equivalent professional experience
Experience in 1st-/2nd-level support & problem solving
Good knowledge of M365, networks & IT environments
Experience with Mac/Windows, Jamf Pro & Apple Business Manager is an advantage
Very good German; English is an advantage
